Why should voters elect you?
"I'll listen to the voters of the 26th District, not the political bigwigs in Annapolis. Ending one-party rule will bring more responsive government."
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"Better education to lay the foundation for a better quality of life. Specifics include raise teachers' salaries to professional levels; earmark money for classroom supplies so teachers don't have to dig into their own pockets; more emphasis on the three R's of reading, writing and arithmetic to pave the way for future learning and earning; properly fund charter schools for qualified students; offer more vocational training so high school graduates who do not attend college can get a decent job or start a business; strongly support community colleges. They are much more affordable and flexible than four-year schools."
