Why should voters elect you?
"I respond to people's needs. I act for them when government or mega-business tries to bully or ignore them."
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"Congested roads and lack of public transportation adversely affect our district. We need reliable, available and affordable public transportation. I work for increased parking at Metro stations, dedicated funding sources for public transportation and coordinated traffic lights throughout the region. Traffic congestion affects our families and our quality of life, educational programs, the environment, our health and our businesses. Improved traffic flow and public transportation must become our top priorities."
