Why should voters elect you?
"My record of the past 25 years indicates that I have worked closely with my constituents to achieve mutual goals that benefit all citizens."
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"Transportation is certainly one of the most urgent issues facing District 16 today. Transportation affects every aspect of our lives. We need an affordable, accessible system of roads, public and mass transportation; a transportation system that provides safe, economical and convenient means of travel, but also protects our communities and quality of life. This issue will not be solved overnight. It will take much discussion, study, coordination and cooperation by the state and local governments and the citizens. We need to assure those living in surrounding communities that solutions have been thoroughly examined to impact our citizens positively."
