Why should voters elect you?

"I will make homeownership affordable and offer new choices in utilities and transit. I promise to protect our community and children from violent crime."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Transportation. As with our housing and utility crises, our elected officials have talked a good game but done little. Elect me and we will finally make progress towards ending gridlock. My transportation plan includes mass transit projects such as the inner Purple Line, corridor cities railway, rail service from Washington to Ocean City, MARC route expansion, and express bus service to downtown Bethesda along the River Road corridor. Many people refuse to ride Metrobus, but they will use Metro or a free trolley around downtown Bethesda. Let's build on that behavior so projects are profitable and meet ridership goals.
