Why should voters elect you?

"I'm a life-long county resident, with over 10 years' experience working in the federal and state governments, private sector, as a volunteer and elected official."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"I support the Purple Line and Corridor Cities Transitway extensions of Metro utilizing light rail; assistance for our farmers and volunteer firefighters; funding for the county police's Gang Task Force and crime prevention; ensuring affordable housing; ensuring public input on development and increased oversight; ensuring adequate public facilities are built; redevelopment and transit-oriented/mixed-use projects; and environmental initiatives. I oppose eminent domain abuse; uncontrolled sprawl; the Second River Crossing; Beltway widening; the Watkins Mill Interchange off I-270; widening and increasing speed limits along Watkins Mill Road and the M-83 extension of Midcounty Highway to Watkins Mill Road; and day-laborer centers."
