Why should voters elect you?

"Most delegates have few accomplishments. I've proven I can make concrete improvements for our district. Recognized by the Gazette and Baltimore Sun for effective advocacy."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Reinvigorating the Democratic Party as a voice for ordinary, middle-class, working people. We need a delegate who has proven their dedication to and effectiveness at improving people's lives. The teachers, firefighters, nurses, Post and Gazette endorsed me because I've already proven I can pass difficult bills in Annapolis. As the director of Progressive Maryland, I successfully worked to force Wal-Mart to provide health insurance, to increase the minimum wage and to raise over $300 million for our schools, hospitals and transit. I have the relationships and experience to get more done for District 20 inside the House of Delegates."
