Traffic, parking Sunday traffic regulations; no meter fees. No parking fees in Montgomery and Prince George's, except for New Carrollton garage; regular fees in Anne Arundel and Howard. HOV restrictions lifted; meters not enforced; holiday regulations in effect. Special gate operations tonight through 6 p.m. tomorrow for HOV traffic northbound into the District. After 6 p.m. tomorrow, lanes are reversed and will stay open until midnight.
Trash, recycling No trash or recycling collections; tomorrow's and Friday's collections are delayed by one day. No trash pickups; landfills closed. In Howard, tomorrow's trash collections will be Friday; tomorrow's recycling will be picked up July 12. In Montgomery, refuse and recycling collection is provided one day later for the rest of the week. For Prince George's residents receiving once-weekly service, tomorrow's pickup will be Friday; Friday's pickup will be Saturday. For residents with twice-weekly collection, pickups resume on teh next scheduled day. There is no makeup day for recycling Regular trash pickups, except for Alexandria, where pickups will resume Friday. Landfills closed, except in Prince William, where landfills will close at 6 p.m.
