New residents can call the utilities services office at 703-228-6570, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Fridays, to set up an account to begin water, sewer and refuse collection services. Those services are billed together for residents of Arlington County. Regular refuse collection occurs weekly for households and includes small amounts of construction debris.
