Offers year-round day care for toilet-trained children ages 2 1/2 to 5 at the Arcola, Bluemont, Douglass, Loudoun Valley, Lovettsville and Lucketts community centers.

County After School Activities (CASA), for children ages 5 through fifth grade, provides supervised after-school programs until 6 p.m. at some community centers and some schools. Some also offer before-school programs. The middle school Youth After School (YAS) program is offered at some schools.
