The campus, built in 1991, serves 530 students. It offers executive and accelerated graduate-level programs in business, education and human development, and engineering and applied science. It also has a bachelor's program in pharmacogenomics.

This campus of the Norfolk-based university is the only state institution in Loudoun County that offers bachelor's-degree completion programs. It also has graduate, certificate and professional development programs, and it provides access to Old Dominion's distance learning courses.
