The Loudoun County chapter of the American Red Cross provides first aid and CPR instruction, disaster assistance, swimming and lifesaving courses and services for military families. The Red Cross also provides bloodmobiles and blood banks, assists transients, helps to coordinate emergency food programs and provides transportation to senior citizens for shopping, medical appointments and other needs.
