This is the county's central point of contact for older people and their families.
The agency offers Elder Choices (information, assistance, care coordination and planning), home-delivered meals, senior centers, senior leisure programs, adult day care, a retired and senior volunteer program, VICAP health insurance counseling, VITA tax assistance and access to the Northern Virginia Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

The center provides supervised activities for people with memory loss and other chronic disabilities and respite for family members. Limited transportation is available.
