The Volunteer Services program helps solve community problems through volunteerism, the Leadership Loudoun program, agency consulting and training, a speakers bureau and a school-community partnership. The program provides information, referrals, training and recognition of volunteer activities. Organizations can list volunteer needs online so volunteers may look at and register for them.

The program encourages seniors to share their talents and abilities at such sites as thrift shops, Senior Nutrition Program CAFEs and projects such as the Tax Preparation Assistance Program and the Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program.
