Washington Post Poll: 2001 Virginia Governors Race

This Washington Post poll is based on telephone interviews with 1,312 randomly selected registered voters and 695 likely voters in Virginia, and was conducted August 19 - 23, 2001. The survey included an oversample of 300 registered voters in Northern Virginia for analysis purposes; overall results were adjusted to accurately reflect the population of the state. The margin of sampling error for overall results is plus or minus 3 percentage points. Fieldwork by TNS Intersearch of Horsham, PA.
