Tuesday, April 8, 2003; 3:45 PM Damage to the Al-Tuwasa neighborhood in Basra. Residents of the street said that bombs destroyed 4 houses, killing 26 people. Although the cause of the strike is unknown, residents indicated that one of the houses belonged to a member of the Iraqi intelligence service.
