 Bush Begins Europe Trip Friday, Jun. 25, 2004; 2:11 PM
President Bush left Washington on Friday for a trip to a European Union meeeting in Ireland and a NATO Summit in Turkey. He's trying to build new support for America's post-war policies in Iraq among allied nations which have severely criticized those policies.
