Even though the visiting Iraqi prime minister says the fight for stability and democracy in Iraq is succeeding, John Kerry doesn't see it that way. Speaking Thursday in Columbus, Ohio, Kerry said Ayad Allawi appears to be contradicting his own recent statements that terrorists are still coming to Iraq.
