President Bush is again accusing Sen. John Kerry of having a dangerous, pre-September-11 view of the world. As Bush promotes his credentials on homeland security, Kerry is again telling supporters that the president has made the country "less safe" and "not more secure." Meanwhile, Floridians began casting early ballots for next month's presidential election.
