President Bush says John Kerry's inability to take a position and stick to it disqualifies him from being president. The rally at a Saginaw, Mich., hockey arena came as Bush stumped in three Rust Belt battlegrounds with five days to go before Election Day. His schedule also included stops in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
