Yasser Arafat's coffin, wrapped in a Palestinian flag, was borne toward his tomb Friday in the West Bank headquarters where he had been held a virtual prisoner, accompanied by tens of thousands of emotional mourners who swarmed a Jordanian military helicopter that brought the Palestinian leader from a state funeral in Egypt.
