World Bank Meetings

John Burgess covers trade issues for the Post's Business section. He has
also been an editor in the Business section directing the technology
coverage and has been a correspondent in London and the Far East. He was
in
Seattle last year for the World Trade Organization meetings that turned
violent. He will be covering the meetings of World Bank and
International
Monetary Fund ministers that convene next week here in Washington. He
spoke
to washingtonpost.com's Chet Rhodes on April 6 to preview the issues to
be
discussed at the meetings as well as what the likely reaction will be.
