washingtonpost.com's Jessica Doyle reports on newly released audio of telephone conversations recorded at Enron's West Coast trading desk. In these tapes, unidentified traders openly discussed manipulating the California power market and joked about stealing from grandmothers during the Western power crisis in 2000 and 2001.
