
| Former Fed Vice Chair on Economy and Interest Rates Tuesday, Jun. 15, 2004; 8:08 AM Alice Rivlin has spent her career influencing both local and national economic policy. She currently serves as a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. Previously, she was the vice chair at the U.S. Federal Reserve Board and headed the White House Office of Management and Budget. Rivlin received the D.C. Chamber of Commerce's Lifetime Achievement Award on Wednesday, June 9.
