Dallas Hudgens, who wrote about the Power Fitness Chute in the Aug. 13 issue of the Health section, demonstrates how it works. The small parachute, which is tied around a user's waist, is designed to provide wind drag during workouts in an effort to build leg strength and improve foot speed.
