Airplane travel can be a real pain in the back, neck, shoulders and legs. Plane flights can cause stiffness, muscle cramps or even, according to the American Heart Association, blood clots.
Don't just sit there; do something, says Chicago-based personal trainer Michael Sena, who dispenses travel fitness tips on United Airlines in-flight videos. Sena demonstrates exercises aimed at alleviating potential health problems when taking long flights.
