 Demonstrators March in Washington Saturday, April 20, 2002 Thousands of demonstrators marched today through Washington, converging at the Capitol. Although the marchers represented many causes and organizations, the common themes of the day were support for Palestinians and condemnation of Israel's occupation of the West Bank.
