The U.S. Customs Service, which is part of the Department of Homeland Security, dispatches Blackhawk helicopters to patrol restricted air space over the nation's capital. In this video, pilots fly over national monuments, the Potomac River and other area landmarks during a surveillance mission on June 10, 2003.
