 Helping Turn on the Lights Tuesday, September 23, 2003; 6:53 PM Utility crews from other states are assisting Pepco in efforts to restore power in areas of Washington and Maryland, which were affected by Hurricane Isabel last week. Trucks from Georgia Power rolled out of Pepco's Rockville Service Center in an early-morning downpour Tuesday. Crews spent the day trimming trees and fixing damaged power lines in Northwest Washington, much to the satisfaction of area residents.
