 A Somber Procession Thursday, Jun. 10, 2004; 12:19 AM A horse-drawn caisson bore the body of former president Ronald Reagan to Capitol Hill for the last time Wednesday afternoon. The former first lady Nancy Reagan, riding in a black limousine, waved to the thousands of onlookers who gathered along Constitution Ave. in the 90 degree heat to pay their last respects.
