 Memorial Square Tuesday, July 16, 2002 Memorial Square would be a ten-acre square framed by ten story buildings surrounded by a multi-level public arcade that connects to retail levels and transit systems. The site would also feature public arcades and rooftops overlooking the square with a total of slightly over 24 total acres of public space, including parks, streets, sidewalks, public arcades, and grand promenade.
