Gathering Center No. 14 provides a glimpse into what might happen in Iraq if Saddam Hussein sets fires to Iraq's oil wells. Sitting atop Kuwait's largest oil reserve, the Burgan oil field, this oil collection point was destroyed by retreating Iraqi troops in 1991. Kuwaiti oil workers are now training for possible terrorist attacks or an Iraqi missile attack.
