Aid Shipment Creates Chaos Wednesday, March 26, 2003; 3:12 PM A Kuwaiti Red Crescent aid shipment was the first to reach the town of Safwan, Iraq. The three-truck load of food and water created a chaotic scene of pushing and shoving amid Iraqis fighting to get access. Many Iraqis also took the chance to praise Saddam Hussein and blame the U.S.-led invasion for their humanitarian problems.
