 Buses Service Baghdad Sunday, April 13, 2003; 11:57 AM As looting continues across Baghdad, a small sign of normalcy returned today as more public buses hit the streets. Without a functioning government, bus drivers are on their own to make ends meet. Some people have stolen the buses and others are using the government-owned vehicles and simply pocketing the fares.
