A Day in the Life: Baghdad Marine Patrols

As combat comes to an end in Iraq, U.S. Marines are forced to take on more of a peacekeeping role in Baghdad. Marines are attempting to stop looters, but detain those suspected in theft. Iraqi police have started to patrol the city with Marine escorts. This video chronicles the challenges Marines face in Baghdad on one particular day.
