The funeral and procession for slain U.S. Capitol Police Detective John M. Gibson has the potential to disrupt traffic for much of today. Car-pool lanes on I-95 will be closed to all traffic at 10 a.m. for the procession. The lanes are expected to be available for southbound traffic sometime after 12:30 p.m.
