Schedule for 1998-99 Term

Supreme Court justices hear oral arguments about two weeks per month. Three hour-long arguments are scheduled on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each active week. The current calendar includes several days at the end of the term in which no arguments are scheduled, leaving time to consider cases granted during the year if necessary.
