The Political Career of Rudy Giuliani

Rudolph W. Giuliani was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and attended high school and college in New York City. After more than 20 years as an attorney, Giuliani was elected mayor of New York in 1993. Following the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Giuliani won the affection of the world for his leadership style. He's now considered a GOP frontrunner for president.
