 "I didn't get to think much about what would lie ahead," Anthony says of her three-month hospital stay. "I was in such bad shape that we weren't sure I was even going to live. My first thoughts back then were that I just wanted to live. It didn't matter that I was going to have to live and not walk. Your life boils down to what is really, really important to you. At that time, the important thing to me was living."  |
