I think that is the one thing that is the most difficult about Alzheimer's: [it] is loving, continuously and without qualms, without holding anything back. It's a matter of trust.

But I think love is the key to all this stuff ...

And love is something that my wife has certainly given to me and the family has too and there's nothing that I can see to complain about.
