Paula Jones met reporters in February and set in motion a course of events that would plague Bill Clinton throughout his two-term presidency. With the backing of anti-Clinton conservatives, Jones accused the president of making unwanted sexual advances toward her in an Arkansas hotel room in 1991 when he was governor.
