The Clinton Years – 1995
On Dec. 11, Margaret Williams, chief of staff for first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, testified before the Senate Whitewater Committee. The committee disclosed that three of Vincent Foster's files on a failed savings and loan represented by Mrs. Clinton turned up, several months after his death, in the hands of Webster Hubbell, then an associate attorney general.
