The Clinton Years – 1995
With the Cold War seeming like a distant memory, Clinton formed a close working and personal relationship with Russian President Boris Yeltsin. At an October summit in Hyde Park, N.Y., the leaders made little headway on their policy differences, but they put on a show of camaraderie for the world to see.
