Born on the Fourth of July
Part of a language series of buttons for Jimmy Carter in 1976.
Not only was the sentiment of this button opposed to a third
Franklin D. Roosevelt term in 1940 but, just in case, it went on the record
against a possible fourth term in 1944.
A play on "rack of lamb," this button had something to do with
opposition to a sports team from Fordham University.
An anti-abortion button promoting the candidacy of Democratic
presidential hopeful Ellen McCormack.
