Supreme Court Boosts Hopes Of N.J. Abortion Foes

New Jersey abortion opponents closely watched the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on Monday to let stand Virginia's law requiring girls under 18 to notify a parent before they have an abortion. While a federal court has enjoined Colorado's parental notification law, other states are considering abortion restrictions.
