    Court Ruling Leaves Alabama With $107M Budget Gap

    Alabama will lose more than $100 million out of its annual budget and may have to refund more than $350 million in back-tax collections after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that the state could not set up a different tax structure for out-of-state businesses.
