The Prospect of Removal
January 13, 1999 The House of Representatives has voted to impeach Clinton and next the Senate will hold a trial to decide whether or not he should be removed from office. The latest Washington Post-ABC News poll is based on random telephone interviews with 923 adults on Jan. 8-10, 1999. The margin of error is plus or minus 3 percentage points, higher for subsets such as women or Republicans. Complete data from the poll.
