This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone February 22-25, 2007, among a random national sample of 1,082 adults, including an oversample of African-Americans, for a total of 157 black respondents. The results from the full survey have a three-point error margin; the results among blacks have a eight-point error margin. Sampling, data collection and tabulation by TNS of Horsham, Pa.
