This Washington Post poll was conducted by telephone October 22-26, 2006 among 1,003 randomly selected Maryland adults who reported they were currently registered to vote and absolutely certain to vote in the November 2006 election. Sampling error for likely voters is plus or minus 3 percentage points. Sampling, data collection and tabulation by TNS of Horsham, PA.
