Washington Post-ABC News Poll: Iraqi War and Tax Cuts Friday, March 28, 2003 This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone March 27among a random national sample of 508 adults. Margin of sampling error for the overall results is plus or minus 5 percentage points. Sampling error is only one of many potential sources of error in this or any other public opinion poll. The practical difficulties of doing a survey in a single night represent an additional potential source of error.
