The Impeachment Vote
The House of Representatives voted Dec. 19 on four articles of impeachment. Article I, alleging perjury before a grand jury, passed 228-206. Article II, accusing the president of perjury in a civil lawsuit, failed 229-205. Article III, alleging obstruction of justice, was approved 221-212.
